FSSA is issuing A Helper’s Heart Home Care funding to support our direct service workforce. We plan to use the funding by providing immediate support to our workforce, by A.) Payroll Bonuses: We will dedicate 95% of the grant amount towards this activity. Employees can expect to receive the funding until the funds are exhausted. B.) Hourly Wage Increase: As a part of our long-term strategy, we will be increasing hourly payrates of our Care Helper I, Care Helper II and In Home Care Helpers. Please reach out to our Director of Operations with any question regarding how the funds will be spent.
